The day
Couples Yoga (75 min)
Start the day in your body, not your head. Led by Dimitri, Alya's resident instructor.
The Four Horsemen
Criticism, contempt, defensiveness, stonewalling. You'll learn what they look like and spot which ones show up in your fights.
Map Your Fight
A guided exercise where you trace a recent argument from the surface behavior to what's actually going on underneath.
What's Underneath
The fight is never about the dishes. We go deeper into the attachment needs driving the pattern.
Underneath the Fight
The emotional core of the day. You'll practice sharing the vulnerable thing that usually goes unsaid.
The Art of Repair
Concrete tools for coming back to each other after things go off the rails. You'll build your own repair menu as a couple.
Closing Circle + Meditation
We close together. You'll receive a printed summary of your unique conflict pattern based on your intake session.
